Ingredients 11 tablespoons butter, softened (11 tablespoons = 1 stick + 3 tablespoons) 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 4 large eggs 1 cup pure pumpkin 1 cup bananas, mashed (about 2 large bananas) 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour Instructions Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray two 9x5-inch bread pans with nonstick cooking spray.  In a large mixing bowl add the softened butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Ingredients 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup oil (I used corn oil) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 2 1/4 cups flour sugar for coating 1/2 - 1 teaspoon anise seeds (if desired) Instructions Pre-heat oven to 350° (180° celsius) In a medium mixing bowl add wine, oil, sugar, salt and baking powder (add anise seeds if using) mix well, gradually add flour, a little at a time, until it all comes together. Transfer to a slightly floured flat surface and knead lightly approximately 10 times. Dough will be soft, so don’t work it too much. Cut off a little dough at a time, roll into a small chubby rope (about 5 inches (13 centimeters long) and bring ends together to form a circle. Ingredients Brownies (Use a boxed mix, or use the following ingredients for homemade brownies) 1 cup butter (2 sticks), melted 3 cups sugar 4 eggs 1 Tbsp. vanilla 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup unsweetened cocoa 1-1/4 tsp. salt 1 cup chocolate chips 1 tsp. flour (for tossing chocolate chips) Pecan Pie topping 1/3 cup corn syrup 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/2 tsp. salt 3-1/2 cups pecans Instructions Preheat oven to 350-degrees Brownies (if not using a boxed mix) Sift the flour, salt, and cocoa and set aside. Add the butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs (one at a time) to a large bowl. Mix together. Add the flour mixture and mix well. Sprinkle the tsp of flour over the chocolate chips in a small bowl and toss. Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased 9" x 13" casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes. Ingredients 17.3 ounces puff pastry (1 box) thawed 8 ounces Heavy whipping cream 2 cups chocolate pudding 1/2 cup confectioners sugar reserve 1 tablespoon for cream 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup chocolate morsels melted Instructions Open slightly thawed puff pastry and cut into even rectangles using a pastry wheel. Bake according to the package on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Once done, carefully cut each rectangle in half. Add a dollop of chocolate pudding to each bottom half. Ingredients 1 packet of milk arrowroot biscuits, crushed (250g/9oz) 1 cup of coconut 125g of butter, melted (4.4oz) ½ cup of sweetened condensed milk Icing 2 cups of icing sugar 25g butter, softened (1oz) 3 passionfruit, pulp Instructions Pour crushed biscuits, coconut, butter and condensed milk into a bowl then mix well to combine. Line a tray with baking paper then pour in biscuit mixture, push to edges and press down with your hands. Smooth with the back of a metal spoon. Chill in refrigerator while you make the icing. SLOW COOKER PARMESAN CHICKEN AND RICE

INGREDIENTS: 4 to 6 skinless boneless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs) 2 (10.75-oz) cans cream of chicken 1 package Lipton Savory Herb & Garlic Recipe Soup & Dip Mix 1-3/4 cups milk 1 cup regular long-grain rice salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup grated parmesan  INSTRUCTIONS: Spray the insert of the slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken in the bottom. Mix together the cream of chicken soup, Lipton Garlic Soup Mix, milk, and regular rice. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of rice mixture. Cover slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3 or 4 hours. Remove chicken from slow cooker and chop. Ingredients 1 lb Chicken Breast 12 oz Frozen Peas and Carrots thawed 2 cup Frozen Diced Potatoes thawed (like Hash Browns or Potatoes OBrien) 1 Onion diced 2 can Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup 1 cup Water 2 cans Refrigerated Crescent Rolls. 1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning Salt and Pepper to taste. Instructions Grill chicken breasts until cooked through. Allow to cool. Grill diced onions until transparent. Set aside. Dice chicken into 1/2" cubes. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 11x13" baking dish. Unroll 1 can of crescent rolls and pinch perforations to seal into a sheet. Press into bottom and up sides of prepared disk. Don't worry if sides do not go all the way up. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is light brown. Allow to cool.
